  Holiday Pop-Up Art Market: Call for Vendors

  Event Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026 | 6:00–9:00 PM
  Application Deadline: November 16, 2026

  The Dayton Society of Artists is accepting vendor applications for our Holiday Pop-Up Art Market, taking place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at The Century Bar in downtown Dayton.

  This festive evening will feature original artwork, handmade gifts, and unique creations by local artists and makers. The market offers an opportunity for DSA members to showcase and sell their work while connecting with holiday shoppers and the community.

  Artists working in all mediums are encouraged to apply. We especially welcome affordable artwork and handmade gifts, with items priced at $100 or less encouraged.

  Application Requirements

  Applicants must submit:

  • 6 images representing the artwork or handmade items they plan to sell (including one booth set-up)

  • Brief description of the items they intend to offer

  • General price range of their merchandise

  • Social media handles (if applicable) for promotional purposes

  Photographs of previous vendor tables or market displays are encouraged. Applicants may include one or more of their six images showing how they have presented their work at past events. Artists without previous vending experience are welcome to apply.

  Eligibility

  Applicants must be current members of the Dayton Society of Artists in good standing.

  There is no application or participation fee.

  Vendor Information

  • Vendors retain 100% of their sales. The Dayton Society of Artists does not collect a commission.

  • Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales and accepting customer payments.

  • Round tables will be provided.

  • Vendors are responsible for arranging and managing their own displays.

  • Space is limited. Vendors will be selected based on available space and variety of offerings.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

  The event will also feature seasonal cocktails and a holiday selfie station. Admission is free and open to the public.

  Application Deadline

  Selected vendors will be notified by November 18, 2026.

  The Dayton Society of Artists will promote participating vendors leading up to the event.

  Special Pop-Up Nude Figure Drawing at Wright State University

  Looking to sharpen your skills or try something new? Join the Dayton Society of Artists for a special Pop-Up Nude Figure Drawing session at Wright State University on Saturday, November 14!

  This special edition will follow the format of our regular monthly sessions, offering artists the opportunity to draw from a live nude model in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.

  When: Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 9:30–11:30 AM
  Cost: $10 (Members) | $20 (Non-Members)
  What to Bring: Your own drawing supplies (pencils, charcoal, paper, etc.).

  Relax, draw, and connect with a community of creatives! Whether you're a seasoned artist or just getting started, this is the perfect opportunity to flex those drawing muscles.

  The Dayton Society of Artists returns to The Century Bar for a one-night-only Holiday Pop-Up Art Market featuring artwork and unique gifts from local artists.

  Just in time for the holiday season, the market offers an opportunity to shop small, support local artists, and find one-of-a-kind, gift-ready artwork. Guests are invited to browse work by participating artists while enjoying the festive atmosphere of The Century Bar.

  The evening will also feature a holiday selfie station and seasonal cocktails, including a special benefit cocktail supporting the Dayton Society of Artists.
